SafeRoad Mechanics offers expert car repair services, including but not limited to brake disc and pad replacement, suspension work, battery replacement, and clutch replacement. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

2.1 Service Delivery

• Services are provided by qualified mechanics with over 10 years of experience.

• You must provide accurate details about your vehicle and required services when booking.

• Service prices will be confirmed upon booking, with any additional charges for unexpected repairs communicated before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment for services must be made in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may incur a fee.

• Refunds are only provided in cases where a service was not delivered due to our fault.

5. Warranty

All parts and services come with a limited warranty, as per the manufacturer’s warranty on parts and SafeRoad Mechanics labor warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranties are void if the vehicle is misused, improperly maintained, or if repairs are conducted by another party.

6. Liability

SafeRoad Mechanics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of data or profits. We are only liable for direct damages up to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the website in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Misuse or tamper with the website or its content.

• Engage in any fraudulent activity or provide false information.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
